Purchased licenses remain valid for all minor version updates (e.g. from version 2.0 to 2.1). You can simply download the llatest version of the software, and your license key will work with it.

Major version updates (e.g. from 2.0 to 3.0) might require an additional fee, but these are infrequent. The fee is normally a discount from full price.

Updating from Noise Ninja 1 to Noise Ninja 2
Noise Ninja 2 is a free upgrade for Noise Ninja 1 customers. New keycodes were mailed to customers of Noise Ninja 1 on July 19 and 20. If you did not receive a new keycode, first make sure the message didn't get trapped in a spam folder. Also, if you ordered after April 29, you should have already received a version 2 keycode along with your version 1 keycode (see your order confirmation email). If you haven't received a new keycode, or if you originally purchased through a retail store, send us an email that includes your name and license information if possible, and you will be sent a new key.
